Possible exchange between Paris and Singapore campuses on four weeks, generally in May.

Conditions for application

Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent), or alternative diplomas with 4 years of professional experience.
Fluent English: must be attested by a recognized certificate such as IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, Erasmus courses or of course English mother tongue. As for the English certificates, candidates need a score of 7/9 for the IELTS, 90/120 for the TOEFL and 800/990 for the TOEIC.
As the case may be, an interview with Board of Professors will be organised to ascertain how far the candidate is interested in the LL.M. and its adequacy with his career plan.

Students of French Bar Schools

French Bar Schools students are allowed to start the LL.M. program on January 2020.
In partnership with Paris Bar School (EFB), the LL.M. International Business Law can be validated as part of the « P.P.I. » (Projet Professionnel Individualisé). Students are allowed to apply before having the definitive results of CRFPA exam. If admitted, they will follow the LL.M. from January to June 2020.

French Bar Schools students have the possibility to be exempted from the first two seminars (40 hours) from October till December 2019.They will then follow only 160 hours of the 200 hours, beginning from mid-January 2020. In return, to validate the LL.M., they will be required to hand in a thesis from one of the ten seminars taught in the program under the supervision of a Professor in charge of seminar.
This thesis will be noted upon 40 marks.

In that case:

Online applications will be extended until 22^th December 20189
The fees for the LL.M. will be 15,000.00€.

LL.M. Fees

Dubai – Courses fees: € 35,000
Paris – Courses fees: € 17,000
Singapore – Courses fees: € 17,000
French Bar Students (Singapore only) – Courses fees: € 15,000 (from January to June 2018)
Mauritius – Courses fees: € 12,000

In all cases, compulsory University tuition fees apply: about € 300

Example of financial Plan for courses fees:

Deposit to be paid specified on your letter of admission: € 4,000
Before September, 30^th, 2019: € 13,000 – Total: € 17,000
Compulsory University tuition fees: about € 300

This amount does not include the Social Security (health care) and accommodation.

Deadline for reception of applications for EFB students: 22^th December 2019.

The applications for the 2019-2020 LL.M. will begin at the end of January 2019.

You will need to submit:

a completed online application form,
transcripts (in English or French) of your first degree or any other relevant qualification,
IELTS, TOEIC or TOEFL language test,
and 2 letters of reference.
