
Andrew Plump

Andrew PLUMP has been practicing in international arbitration and international litigation in Paris since 2002. Prior to this, he accumulated over 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer in the United States, beginning his career as a criminal prosecutor in Brooklyn, NY, and later serving as a commercial and civil litigator at a law firm in Washington, DC.
He has acted as counsel in numerous institutional and ad hoc international arbitration proceedings, primarily in high-value commercial disputes involving joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, energy and natural resources, construction, aviation and aerospace, defense industries and procurement, and media and telecommunications. Additionally, Andrew serves as an arbitrator in these types of matters and provides counsel in arbitration-related court proceedings, particularly in post-award enforcement and nullification actions.
Admitted to the Bars of Paris, New York, and Washington DC, Andrew has also taught and lectured on litigation and arbitration law, advocacy, and arbitration practice techniques in both the U.S. and Paris.
