Christophe Jacquemin is a partner in the Banking & Finance department at Allen & Overy Paris.
He has a wide-ranging experience of advising on banking matters including on syndicated loans, acquisition financing and structured financing.
Christophe also advises on real estate financing and has a wide experience in the financing of various types of assets (such as commercial, real estate, hotels, logistics), where he advises both lenders on loan origination as well as on restructuring. Christophe is also involved in Islamic finance transactions. He acts for banks, corporate borrowers and investors.
Christophe is fluent in English and French.
