Guillaume Bensussan is an attorney at law registered with the New York Bar and currently omitted from the Paris Bar. He specializes in Commercial law with a focus on Intellectual Property, Trade Secrets and IT and has experience as an in-firm attorney in top-tier boutiques and law firms in France and as an individual practitioner.
Guillaume studied both Civil Law and Common Law at the University of Paris-Ouest Nanterre (former Paris X) prior to obtaining his LL.M in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University Law School in Washington DC and a similarly oriented Master degree from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. He is currently based in Mauritius and works as a consultant in Intellectual Property strategy for both domestic and foreign clients.
