LL.M. International Business Law – Advance Your Legal Career
The LL.M. International Business Law is a dynamic, practice-driven programme designed for legal professionals seeking to deepen their expertise in international business law. Taught entirely in English, it blends academic excellence with real-world applications.
In Singapore, the programme has been offered since 2011 on the INSEAD Campus, at One-North, a renowned hub for education, research, and business innovation. This 9-month hybrid course is tailored for working professionals, featuring evening classes that focus on practical case studies and a multidisciplinary legal approach.
Participants can choose to attend classes on campus in Singapore or live online through our interactive learning platform.
The LL.M. programme broadens participants’ understanding of European and International Law, preparing students and professionals for complex operations such as acquisitions, cross-border mergers, LBOs, and industrial projects. It includes 200 hours of teaching across 10 modules, plus 50 hours of additional content, including a 10-hour module taught by INSEAD professors, soft-skill workshops, and networking activities.
The curriculum combines lecture-style classes by Paris-Panthéon-Assas professors with seminars from legal experts. Classes are scheduled in the evenings to accommodate working professionals. French Bar School students can apply as part of their PPI (Projet Professionnel Individualisé).
