Considered as France’s first Law University and very well-known among many foreign countries, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University is located in the heart of the Latin Quarter since the 13th century.

In Mauritius, the LL.M. International Business Law is a part-time programme open to all and that can be completed within 9 months. Paris Bar School (E.F.B.) candidates can benefit from a special partnership and complete this LL.M. in 6 months (January intake only – see conditions below).

The LL.M. will give you an in-depth understanding of some of he most important and rapidly-changing fields of Law and a nuanced understanding of European legal system and culture. All of that in a serious, friendly and energetic atmosphere!

LL.M. International Construction Contracts – Singapore Campus

This LL.M. programme is aimed at construction professionals and lawyers seeking sound knowledge of contract management practices in relation to international construction contracts in both civil law and common law environments. Whether professional engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, lawyers, contract managers, architects or procurement officers, all participants will benefit from the experience of highly respected international practitioners within the construction industry, and with diversified and complementary roles (project managers, professional engineers, in-house counsel, lawyers).

The course is based on an optimal blend of academic and practical knowledge, combining lectures, case studies and tutorials with group work. It is aimed at providing professionals working internationally with the required combination of legal, management and practical skills to ensure good and efficient contracts management.

LL.M. International Business Law – Singapore Campus

The LL.M. (Legum Magister) International Business Law is a full-time programme in Singapore that is open to all and can be completed within 9 months (October intake) or 12 months (January intake). For Paris Bar School (E.F.B.) candidates, there is a special partnership that enables them to complete the LL.M. in just 6 months, but only if they enroll in the January intake and meet specific conditions outlined below.

Our LL.M. programme provides an in-depth understanding of some of the most crucial and rapidly-changing fields of International Law, as well as a nuanced comprehension of the European legal system and culture. The programme is designed to cover both the Civil Law and Common Law approaches for each module. Additionally, we pride ourselves on fostering a serious, friendly, and energetic atmosphere that promotes a positive learning experience.
