Introduction
In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, leadership requires more than technical expertise and decision-making authority. Effective leaders must understand human behaviour, emotional dynamics, and the complex relationships that influence team performance, engagement, and organisational success.

The training “Management émotionnel et pouvoir décisionnel : les nouvelles dynamiques du leadership en entreprise”* explores the transformation of leadership towards a more human-centred and emotionally intelligent approach. It provides participants with the tools to understand how emotions influence decision-making, communication, team dynamics, and organisational change.
Through practical case studies, real-life management situations, and analysis of leadership representations in contemporary fiction, participants will examine different leadership styles, power dynamics, and strategies for building trust and inspiring collective performance.
This programme combines insights from psychology, sociology, and management to help current and future leaders develop a stronger awareness of themselves and others, enabling them to make more effective decisions and create sustainable team engagement.
