Charles Cardon is a partner at Dechert – Paris office.
Charles Cardon’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly takeovers and mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital market transactions. Charles Cardon joined Dechert in March 2016 after five years of experience in the Paris office of Weil Gotshal Manges. He had previously spent 6 years in the Paris and New York offices of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Charles Cardon has authored numerous articles on company and securities law. He lectures on European takeover bids in Paris 2 Assas LL.M in International Business Law.
Mr. Cardon graduated from the French business school Essec, and received a Master 2 of Commercial, Corporate and Tax Law from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne in 2004. He is a member of the Paris Bar.
Mr. Cardon’s native language is French, and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
