Dipna Gunnoo

Dipna Gunnoo is the Head of the MCCI Arbitration & Mediation Center (MARC) which is the dispute resolution center of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI).

She has previously worked in the litigation and international arbitration teams of Dechert LLP (Paris office), Derains & Gharavi International (Paris office) and Brown Rudnick LLP (Paris and London offices) as well as the French-Mauritian law firm PLCJ which represents the Paris office of Bird & Bird in the Indian Ocean. She has also worked for 2 years as Counsel of LCIA-MIAC Arbitration Centre in Mauritius. Admitted to the Paris Bar and the Bar of Mauritius, she is a Mauritian national who is a graduate of the Sorbonne Law School (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). She holds Master’s degrees in Anglo-American Business Law (Sorbonne Law School) and in Global Business Law and Governance under the Alliance Program with Columbia Law School, Sciences Po Paris and the Sorbonne University.
