Frédéric Moreau is a partner and leads the Mergers and Acquisitions team of Allen & Overy LLP Paris.
He has wide experience of public and private M&A transactions (both international and domestic). He has been ranked as a leading individual by Chambers Global for four consecutive years.
Admitted to the Paris bar in 1995, Frédéric graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Law (University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas), an LL.M (King’s College London) as well as a Master of laws degree (University of Paris X Nanterre).
Frédéric Moreau is a member of the legal board of the Institut Français des Administrateurs.
