Sriram Chakravarthi is Assistant General Counsel at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Previously, Sriram headed regulatory affairs and industry engagement at Marketnode, a joint venture between the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Temasek focused on digital assets and onchain capital market infrastructure. 

Before joining Marketnode, Sriram was a partner in the corporate and South Asia practices at Rajah & Tann Asia. Prior to that, he served as Senior Director (Legal Development) and Chief Legal Counsel at the Singapore Academy of Law.

Sriram is qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore and as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Bangalore University, India, a Master of Laws degree from Tulane University, USA, and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, USA.
