Professor of International and European Law, Carlo Santulli is the director of the Paris Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales (www.ihei.fr) and of the French leading public international law review: Revue générale de droit international public. He is also a member of the editorial board of the Revue française de droit administratif as well as of the scientific council of the review Diritti umani e diritto internazionale.
