We are delighted to announce that Professor Malik Laazouzi has been appointed Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes académiques, an honour conferred by the French Minister of Higher Education and formally bestowed on January 13, 2026, by Professor Stéphane Braconnier, President of Paris-Panthéon-Assas University.
Professor Malik Laazouzi, Director of the LL.M. Assas World Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (LL.M. AWArDS) at Paris-Panthéon-Assas university, recently contributed to key discussions on international arbitration during his visit to Sri Lanka.
In March 2026, students of the LL.M. in European Law had the opportunity to visit Brussels to explore EU institutions and gain insight into current legal issues.
