Michaël Cousin

Michaël Cousin is an avocat at the Paris bar. Michaël joined the Paris competition team after several years at law firms in Paris and Brussels. Specialised in European law, competition law and regulatory law (energy, railway transport) he has also handled many cases regarding distribution law and restrictive trade practices.
He has written many articles on competition law and he lectures at the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He has also lectured at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne).
Michaël is a member of the board of the French Competition Law Society (Association Francaise d’Etude de la Concurrence).
