Avocat à la Cour, Vincent is a tax partner in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Paris office. He has an extensive expertise in international corporate tax, as well as finance tax. Vincent is particularly involved in the structuring and tax aspects of M&A, real estate and private equity transactions, in particular in the context of joint-ventures.
In addition to his skills as tax advisor and deal counsel, Vincent has a strong tax litigation background, having worked for several years in the leading tax litigation team in France before joining Freshfields in 2005. Aside from providing advice to financial institutions, private equity investors and large corporate groups, Vincent’s business sector emphasis is on “Consumer”, “Defence” and “Real Estate”.
Vincent is a graduate of the University of Strasboug (DESS-DJCE in business law) and the Institute of Political Sciences of Lyon.
