PALS at France Alumni Day 2026

Earlier this month, three members of the PALS Board had the pleasure of attending the France Alumni Day Ceremony at the historic Quai d’Orsay, the headquarters of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The event brought together members of the international France Alumni network, representatives from higher education institutions, diplomats, researchers, and professionals to celebrate the strong global community fosters through French higher education.

The evening consisted of a series of speeches and discussions highlighting the importance of international academic cooperation, scientific research, and innovation. One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of various France Alumni Awards, which recognized outstanding achievements by alumni as well as initiatives that promote scientific excellence, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration. It was inspiring to see the awards recognize and celebrate the advancement of women in the practical and scientific research field.

Beyond the formal programme, the ceremony provided an excellent opportunity to connect with alumni and professionals from a wide range of academic and cultural backgrounds. the event reflected the value of international collaboration and demonstrated the important role that alumni networks play in fostering lasting connections across borders.

PALS is grateful for the opportunity to attend this inspiring event and to represent our community and university alongside so many accomplished alumni and professionals. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the organizers for their warm hospitality and for a memorable evening. We look forward to continuing to strengthen our connections with the France Alumni community.
