Jules Lecoeur is of counsel at A&O Shearman, where he focuses on domestic and cross-border private equity transactions, and particularly leveraged buyouts, where he advises private capital investors on a wide range of transactional matters including majority and minority acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, add-ons and management packages. He also advises private corporates on local and international M&A transactions.
