Sarah Gicquel is an associate in Bredin Prat’s Digital Law and Intellectual Property team.

She has extensive expertise in transactions and litigation in all areas of intellectual property and information technology.

In particular, she assists clients with complex technological transactions and the protection and defense of their intellectual property assets.

She advises on structuring innovative projects and strategic technological partnerships, drafting and negotiating contracts, and on mergers and acquisitions involving intellectual property issues, as well as on litigation (patent, trademark, design and copyright litigation, unfair competition and parasitism litigation, Internet law litigation, mediation). Before joining Bredin Prat, she worked for five years in the Intellectual Property department of a leading international law firm and for two years in a niche firm specializing in intellectual property and new technologies.
