An expert in construction contracts with over 25 years’ experience, Vincent LELOUP is the founder and Director of Studies of the LL.M. in International Construction Contracts on the Singapore Campus.

He is a graduate of AgroParisTech (Rural, Water and Forestry, Agricultural Engineering) and Kings’ College (Master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution). He specializes in teaching construction contract law, drafting contracts, analyzing and managing contractual risks, managing contractual projects and preventing and resolving disputes. He is also Chairman of FIDICS’c Contracts Committee and a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
