Charles Cardon is a partner in the Corporate department and specializes in mergers and acquisitions for both listed and unlisted companies, as well as LBO transactions.

In private equity, Charles has developed expertise advising funds and founders on their LBO transactions and their implications under securities law, including the acquisition of a listed target with delisting (PtoP) and exit via IPO.

He advises listed companies on all their issues, including public takeover bids (OPA/OPE) as an advisor to target companies, initiators, or shareholders, governance, financial communication, and shareholder relations. Additionally, Charles has significant experience supporting French groups in their external growth operations abroad, notably in the United States and Latin America.
