Delphine Pujos

Litigation and arbitration lawyer, Delphine has been elected as a member of the French National Bar Council for a three year mandate (2018-2020) where she currently serves as the deputy chairman of the Commission in charge of Ethics of the French legal profession.

From January 2013 to December 2015 she has served as an elected member of the Council of the Paris Bar association. With training in both civil law (Magistère de Juriste d’affaires, University Paris II Panthéon-Assas) and common law (LL. M., Columbia University), she has worked for more than 15 years in the Corporate and Litigation and Arbitration departments of international law firms (Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and Linklaters LLP). Her practice now focuses on in pre-contentious and litigation matters, involving in particular, contractual and commercial matters, complex financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions. She handles French as well as cross-border matters particularly in Africa.
