Partner and Chair of the Paris Litigation & Trial Department at Latham & Watkins
Fabrice FAGES is a partner at the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and serves as the Chair of the Litigation & Trial Department there. His practice specializes in managing complex litigation and arbitration, with a notable focus on mass litigation, investigations, and crisis management.
Mr. FAGES represents multinational corporations in intricate commercial litigation and compliance-related investigations, bringing extensive knowledge of French and European public policy. He advises companies, professional federations, and NGOs on their interactions with public authorities in both Paris and Brussels.
He holds the position of honorary president of ANAJ-IHEDN (Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defense), an association associated with the Institute that collaborates closely with the Prime Minister’s office to advance strategic national defense and international relations issues.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. FAGES spent three years (1999-2002) working for the French Senate on various drafts related to business and financial law, as well as at the French National Assembly.
Since 1994, Mr. FAGES has been teaching arbitration law and litigation at the University of Paris I (Sorbonne University) and also lectures at École Centrale-Supélec in Paris. He has been a guest speaker at the University of Cairo for several years.
