Kevin Bouchard is assistant professor at Laval University, where he teaches Administrative Law and Law Philosophy

His Ph.D dissertation on the conceptual origins of contemporary common law constitutionalism received the highest honors and was awarded a thesis prize from UPA, the best thesis prize from the Quebec Law Professors’ Association and a thesis prize from the Paris Chancellery of Universities.  He recently published Constitutionnalisme et common law dans la pensée juridique anglo-américaine (Constitutionalism and Common law in English-American legal thinking, 2021).
