Thibaut Fleury Graff

Professor – International and Regional Organizations

Professor of Public International Law and Director of the Graduate School of Law at Paris-Saclay University (France), he works mainly on territorial and border issues, as well as on international migration & refugee law. He has published extensively on those issues. He is the co-leader of the RefWar Project on the international protection of people fleeing armed conflicts, funded by the French National Agency for Research, and the co-chair of the International Law Association Committee on International Migrations & International law. He teaches Public International Law and the Law of International Organizations in France and abroad, and also works as an international expert for various international organizations, including the United Nations High-Commissionner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Council of Europe.
