Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.
Application Requirements
High School qualification (certificate of Secondary Education : Baccaulauréat, Higher School Certificate (HSC), General Certificate of Education A-Levels (GCE),International Baccalaureate or equivalent). Academic performance is not the sole criteria for selection. Beyond this, the student’s motivation, his/her personality as well as having an open and inquisitive mind will also be taken into consideration.
Fees
Tuition fees are 6,500 EUR for the 2023-2024 academic year. The same fees apply for international and local students.
Payment of Tuition Fees are to be paid either in Euros (EUR) or Mauritian Rupees (MUR). The Mauritan Rupees (MUR) tuition fees equivalent can be found in the Fees Planning documents available below. All fees are payable only by Bank transfer to the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, and in all cases, all exchange or transfer charges are to be borne in full by the candidate. Candidates who wish to secure their seat for the course at the Mauritius campus must proceed to deposit within 3 weeks of receiving their Full Offer of admission. Other fees: please note that there are other fees associated with a student’s enrollment on the course, namely Campus Life fees (approximately 75 EUR per academic year) (for all students) and visa processing fees of about 150 EUR (only applicable to international students upon their first year of enrollment on the programme). Visa fees are to be paid together with the first deposit (see Fees Planning – International Students document above).

Funding availability is very limited on the programme. Please find below a list of available scholarship opportunities:
Bachelor of Laws, LL.B. (Hons ) application deadline:
- Application Deadline for International Students is on the 30th of July 2025 for visa processing purposes. We do not guarantee that applications from international students received after this date will be reviewed.
- The application system will, however, remain open for local students (who do not require a visa) until the 22nd of August 2025.

LL.M. International Business Law
Conditions for application
- GENERAL CANDIDATES: Master’s degree OR alternative undergraduate degree with 3-4 year of work experience.
- E.F.B. CANDIDATES (JANUARY INTAKE): Master 1 (M1) in Law + Proof of admission to bar exams
- Fluency in English: a proof of English proficiency may be requested and must come from a recognized certificate such as IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, Erasmus courses or of course English mother tongue. Recommended scores are the following: 7/9 for the IELTS, 90/120 for the TOEFL and 800/990 for the TOEIC.
- As the case may be, an interview with Board of Professors will be organised to ascertain how far the candidate is interested in the LL.M. and its adequacy with his career plan.

- LL.M. Tuition Fees Mauritius Campus (General Candidates) : 12,000 EUR
- LL.M. Tuition Fees Mauritius Campus (E.F.B. Candidates) : 10,000 EUR
