Nicolas Cornu Thénard

Nicolas Cornu Thénard, Professor of Legal History, specialises in Roman Law and the History of Rhetoric and Argumentation. A graduate of Paris-Panthéon-Assas, he served as a Professor at Rennes University from 2012 to 2016 and has been with Paris-Panthéon-Assas University since then. He is an honorary member of the Institut universitaire de France and served as the General Secretary of the Société de législation comparée from 2018 to 2022. Currently, he is the director of SLC Publications and co-director of the academic journal Tribonien.
