Jérôme Chacornac

Associate Professor - Private Law

Jérôme Chacornac is Associate Professor, specialized in Private Law. His teachings cover Financial Law, Company Law, International Trade Law, International Commercial Arbitration, Transport Law and Maritime Law. His research includes Business Law, International Trade Law, Law of Obligations, General Theory and Sociology of Law, and Comparative Law.

Jerôme Chacornac holds a PhD in Law, a DEA in Comparative Law, and a Laurea in scienze giuridiche from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.

He is also Director of DU (University Degree) in Contract Management,, and a Member of the Board of Administration of the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas.

Since 2019, he is in charge of the International banking and financial Regulation panorama, in the landmark law review Banque & Droit.
