Professor in Public Law, he teaches public international law, international criminal law, refugee law and international affairs.
Considered as an expert in these fields, he is the author of numerous books and article on these subjects and has frequently been invited as Visiting Professor in many countries of various areas (Canada, US and west African States). He also works with UNHCR.
