Parliamentary assistant, Philippe Bordachar is also completing a PhD in international economic law at University of Paris-Est Créteil. His main areas of research are international investment law and international trade law.
Before working at the French National Assembly, Philippe Bordachar worked especially alongside Matthieu de Boisséson, Clément Fouchard and Jessica Madesclair to assist in the writing of the book Le droit français de l’arbitrage (LGDJ, 2023).
