Professor of Public Law, regularly invited as a guest in foreign universities, he specialises in Comparative Public Law. As a member of the jury for the Masters entrance exams at IEP, Paris, and member of the jury in Public Law of l’ENA (closed and open competition), he teaches Urban Planning Law, Community Rights Law, Public Economic Law, Public Finances and Human Rights Law.
