Singapore Campus : Graduation Ceremony – LL.M. International Construction Contracts

On 21st January 2026, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University celebrated the graduation of the second cohort of the LL.M. International Construction Contracts at its Singapore Campus. The ceremony gathered students, faculty, and distinguished guests to mark this important milestone in the professional journeys of our graduates.

The LL.M. International Construction Contracts is a highly practice-oriented programme designed for professionals working in construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. Delivered by a combination of experienced practitioners and academic experts, the programme equips students with an international perspective on construction law, including negotiation, drafting, and management of complex contracts in cross-border projects.

This second cohort has successfully completed six intensive modules over a year, demonstrating remarkable dedication and professionalism. Their training reflects the university’s commitment to bridging academic excellence with industry-relevant skills, preparing graduates to contribute effectively to the global construction sector.
We extend our sincere thanks to our distinguished guests: Camille Bruni, representing the Embassy of France in Singapore, Virginie Laurent from the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS), Shamila Neelakandan, Matthew Secomb, Toh Chen Han, and Stéphane Braconnier, President of the university, for joining the ceremony and celebrating our graduates’ achievements. Their presence highlighted the strong connections between academia, diplomacy, and industry in supporting this programme.

Also present were Frédéric Gillion, Co-Dean of the programme; Pierre-Emmanuel Audit, Co-Dean of the Singapore Campus; Buci Chan, Executive Director of the Singapore Campus and Lizzie Mata, Singapore Campus Coordinator.

Congratulations to all members of the second cohort on reaching this significant milestone. We look forward to seeing the impact of their expertise in construction and infrastructure projects around the world.
