A Warm Welcome to Our New LL.M. Students on the Paris Campus!

On Wednesday, October 15th, the International Strategy and Partnerships team hosted a welcome breakfast at the Panthéon Center to greet this year’s incoming LL.M. students.

The event opened with a speech by Professor Emmanuelle Chevreau, Vice President in charge of international affairs and co-director of the LL.M. European Law program. She welcomed students enrolled in Assas University’s four Paris-based LL.M: International Business Law, Public Law and DemocracyAWArDS, and European Law.

This year’s cohorts represent an impressive 25 nationalities, underscoring the global reach and diversity of our programs. Nathalie Olivier, manager of the International Degrees & Campuses unit, highlighted, this multiculturalism enriches the academic experience and fosters a truly international learning environment.

Set to graduate in 2026, the new students celebrated the inclusive and rigorous spirit of Paris Panthéon-Assas. Although enrolled in distinct programs, LL.M. students are encouraged to build connections through shared social experiences that reflect the campus’s strong sense of community.

In this spirit, the PALS students association was introduced. Open to all LL.M. students in Paris, PALS supports professional integration, career development, and lasting connections among peers and alumni.

To further assist with integration into both France and university life, the Welcome Desk was represented by its manager, Christel Vallentin, alongside Anaïs Doladille, Director of the International Strategy and Partnerships Department.

We wish all our new LL.M. students a successful and enriching journey ahead!
